and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me,
and by that time no one was left to speak up.

Martin Niemoeller was a Protestant pastor born January 14, 1892, in Lippstadt, Westphalia Germany. He was a submarine commander in World War I. He was a Protestant pastor and initially supported the Nazis until the church was made subordinate to state authority.
In 1934, he started the Pastors’ Emergency League to defend the church. Hitler became angered by Niemoeller’s rebellious sermons and popularity and had him arrested on July 1, 1937. He was tried the following year and sentenced to seven months in prison and fined.
After his release, Hitler ordered him arrested again. he spent the next seven years in concentration camps in "protective custody."

...Hmmm, Protective Custody...Sound Familiar???

He was liberated in 1945 and was elected President of the Protestant church in Hesse and Nassau in 1947. He held the title until 1964. He was also a President of the World Council of Churches in the 1960’s.
Niemoeller was a pacifist who spoke out against nuclear weapons. He is best known for his powerful statement about the failure of Germans to speak out against the Nazis.

He died on March 6, 1984.

COMMENT:

We refuse to make the same mistake that Niemoeller did. Only by bringing the the INJUSTICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, and all who support their naziesque inquisition of "protection" into the light, can we as a society assure that our rights as American Citizens will be upheld. They are trampling the rights of my grandmother, and countless others at this very moment! If we stand by and do nothing, then we are as guilty as those who have imprisoned these innocents.

If we send the message that this kind of blatant disregard for the Constitution will go unchecked, they will carry over these same policies and tactics over into other aspects of our lives...all in the name of "protection", and what's in your "best interests".

...John Judisch has already demonstrated that he regards constitutional rights as nothing more than an obstacle to his agenda, and that of the DHS. In opposing my grandmother's right to council of her choice, he has clearly violated the 6th Amendment of the United States Constitution...the Supreme Law of the land!!! And, like all tyrants, he (With the support of his Judge) has done so in the name of "protection" and what's in my grandmother's "best interests".

Remember, they did not allow my grandmother to attend the hearing on April 26th. And following it, they immediately blocked my grandmother from seeing her attorney and from speaking with a journalist...WHY? It's clear they fear public knowledge of their corrupt system. And, to add insult to injury, Judish has blocked all visitation with my grandmother once again!!! (And the court-appointed Jessica Chandler has followed suit). The innocent souls imprisoned by this corrupt system deserve our support. We owe it to those who can't speak up in their own defense, to SPEAK LOUDLY against the dark forces which seek only to silence the voices of freedom and peace. We are obligated by nature to protect our elders, our children, and ourselves, from the advancing hordes of corrupt bureaucracy. There is still time to correct these terrible injustices. My only regret is that I didn't find out about it sooner. We will not rest, until all the innocents come home!
