| THIS AWFUL MESS HAS RESULTED IN GRANDMA MISSING A NUMBER OF HOLIDAYS AND FAMILY EVENTS. THESE "PUBLIC SERVANTS" HAVE ABSOLUTELY RUINED THE LAST FEW MONTHS FOR ALL OF US. MY POOR GRANDMA IS 88 YEARS OLD, AND SHE HAS 3 WONDERFUL GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN THAT SHE WOULD LIKE TO WATCH AS THEY GROW...WHY IS IT THAT ASST. POLK COUNTY ATTORNEY JOHN JUDISCH AND DHS SOCIAL WORKER PAULA WALZER ARE SO CRUEL? I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THEM IN THEIR CHILDHOOD TO MAKE THEM SO COLD AND UNRECEPTIVE TO THE FEELINGS OF OTHERS...WHILE THEY STRIKE ME AS CAREER-MINDED OPPORTUNISTS, MY GRANDMA SIMPLY WANTS TO BE AT HOME WITH HER FAMILY. PATRICK'S DAY PALM SUNDAY (AND ALL OF HOLY WEEK) EASTER SUNDAY HER GREAT-GRANDSON SAM'S FIRST LITTLE LEAGE BASEBALL GAME HER DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY MAY DAY HER FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY HER GRANDSON'S GRADUATION FROM DRAKE UNIVERSITY MOTHER'S DAY MEMORIAL DAY GRANDMA'S 89TH BIRTHDAY (Although, we were Allowed to see her at the institution for her birthday) ...We asked if we could take grandma out for a nice restaurant as is our family tradition, but the Judge said NO! __________________________________________________________ THE CASE WAS DISMISSED ON JUNE 12th, SO GRANDMA GOT TO SPEND A FEW Days in relative Peace...but then... **************************************************************** PLEASE CALL THIS "MAN" JUDISCH (POLK COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE) AND PAULA WALZER (DHS) , AND TRY TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS WRONG! IT IS ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL THAT GRANDMA WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND CHURCH, OR EVEN VISIT WITH HER FAMILY ON EASTER. (While there are obviously other forces at work, John Judisch, being the asst. polk county attorney on the case, is in a position with great discretionary powers. He has the power to stop this nonsense no matter what DHS says. Furthermore, after researching several of his cases, and various "google" searches on the internet; it is apparant to me that JUDISCH is using the issue of "adult abuse" as "his issue" on which to build his career. We must make it clear to him that simply adding more notches to his belt, is NOT HELPING people. We must make it clear to him, and all others who would infringe upon the rights of the innocent ,that there is no place in our society for people who would twist the law as it suits them, or exploit the elderly for their own gains.
